RIFT 1.9 Hotfix #5 7/3/12

GENERAL
* Conquest: Player kills no longer grant Conquest Power.
* Survivalist: Crafting Daily reward bags and chests have reduced amounts of grey item drops.
* Fixed the proc on Amardis’ Crystal Shield.
* Primeval Feast: Atrophinius’ Song of Solitude now affects 4 targets (down from 7).

SUMMERFEST
* Made the following changes to the Bug Squishin’ quest:
- Increased the number of bugs to 50 per location.
- Upped the minimum number of bugs present in a location at any time.

* Round two of performance tweaks in and out of Conquest.
